🛒 First Payment & Delivery: Your first payment is taken the day you subscribe. You will receive your very first envelope the following month.
📦 Shipping Schedule: We ship all letters at the end of each month, perfectly timed to arrive at the start of the new one, giving you something lovely to look forward to.
📅 Future Payments: To keep things simple, future payments are taken on the same date each month as your original signup (for example, the 28th).
👤 The Customer Portal: Total control is in your hands. After you subscribe, you will receive an email with a link to your Customer Portal. From there, you can:
Update your delivery address if you move.
Skip a month if you’re going to be away.
Cancel whenever you need to, though we’d be sad to see you go!
