We want you to be completely happy with your new PaperDays planner! If your purchase isn't quite right, we're here to help.

 

14-Day Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund.

 

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your planner or item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unused and ready for resale (e.g., no writing or marks inside).

  • Returned in its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

How to Start a Return

If your return request is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away at hello@mypaperdays.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are excluded from returns:

  • Personalised or custom products (such as special orders).

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale items (unless defective or damaged).

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow for several business days, as it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
